Additional Equiband® Pro band Order Request Form
Ensuring Optimal Use
Due to the nature of the product, the Equiband® Pro band must be replaced after extended normal use. This time varies with each case. We provide two pairs of Equiband® Pro band with each Complete Equiband® Pro System for this purpose. We also provide the option to purchase replacement Equiband® Pro sets for customers who have previously purchased a Complete Equiband® Pro System. To purchase replacement Equiband® Pro bands, please complete the form below.
The Equiband® Pro System is designed as an integrated setup to deliver the best results for your horse’s conditioning and rehabilitation. To ensure the additional bands are used as intended and provide the full benefits of the system, we kindly ask for proof of ownership of the Complete Equiband® Pro System when ordering.
How to Submit Proof of Ownership
To complete your order, please upload a copy or screenshot of one of the following:
- purchase receipt
- order confirmation
- packing slip
- a photo of your Equicore Concepts saddle pad
