Welcome to the Equicore Concepts Affiliate program!
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program, both as Equicore Concepts, LLC (“We” or “Merchant”) and an Affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) – the individual who refers customers to purchase products from the Merchant.
By participating in this Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and as bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
Approval or Rejection of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
Affiliate Dashboard
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard. Here you can:
- view reports on your referrals
- Access your unique referral URL (“Affiliate Link”)
- Access your assigned private Coupon Code
- Download the Equicore Concepts’ logo and media kit
Affiliate Link and Coupon
You can earn commission in two ways:
When a customer clicks on your Affiliate Link and makes a purchase
When a customer uses your assigned Coupon Code at checkout
Important Notes:
- If the customer clicks on the Affiliate Link AND uses your Coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.
- If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the last-clicked link will determine which affiliate earns the commission.
- Coupon Codes are for private referrals only and may not be publicly published on coupon-sharing sites, deal forums, or public social media posts.
Commissions and payment
BASE COMMISSION:
Affiliates earn $30 per Complete Equiband Pro System sold through their unique Affiliate Link or Coupon Code from the Merchants website, www.equicoreconcepts.com.
PROMO PERIODS
From time to time, the Merchant may run special promotional periods where commission rates and customer discounts are temporarily increased. These will be communicated in advance to all Affiliates via email.
PAYMENT METHOD
Commissions will be paid out via PayPal and are processed at the end of each month for all approved commissions. To receive this Affiliate commission, you will need to provide your PayPal email address on your Affiliate Dashboard (in the Profile tab). PayPal may charge a transaction fee depending on your account type. We are not responsible for PayPal processing fees.
Commissions are only paid out for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the Merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commissions and payouts is displayed in the Reports tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Affiliate Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Equicore Concepts’ products through the following channels:
- Personal websites, blogs, and email newsletters
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
- Equine-related online communities (when allowed)
- Direct recommendations to clients, students, or fellow professionals
Restricted Activities:
- Coupon Codes may not be shared publicly (e.g., deal forums, discount code websites).
- Affiliates may not falsely advertise discounts or misrepresent the product
- Paid advertising using Equicore Concepts’ brand name (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is not allowed without prior approval
Marketing tools
- Affiliates have access to official brand assets (logos, product images, promotional media).
- Affiliates may create original content to promote Equicore Concepts but must ensure factual accuracy.
- Equicore Concepts may feature Affiliate-generated content on its social media channels, crediting the original creator.
You can download the media from the Campaigns tab on your Affiliate Dashboard. Our logo and logo variations are our own property and we retain all rights afforded by US and international Law. As an affiliate partner, you can use our logo and other digital media on your site to promote our products.
Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate program, they can do so by contacting lila@equicoreconcepts.com. Equicore Concepts also reserves the right to remove the Affiliate at any time, for any reason. Any unpaid commissions from fraudulent or unauthorized activity will be forfeited.
