RETURN POLICY

Return and Exchange Information

If you are unhappy with the fit of the pad, and it is in unused condition (i.e. tried on with another cloth underneath to assess fit) we can accept the return for refund of the product price (less shipping) of the unused saddle pad and bands. Alternatively, we can exchange an unused saddle pad for a different size. We cannot accept the return/exchange of equipment that has been used or contains dirt or hair. Only products purchased directly from www.equicoreconcepts.com can be returned. If purchased from another vendor, please contact that vendor for their return policy.

Please email a copy of the tracking information to: office@equicoreconcepts.com so that we know when to expect the return. We recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost in transportation.

In the return box, please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. Also, please include a note indicating whether it is an exchange (for what size) or a return.

Warranty

Equicore Concepts LLC will replace any product that exhibits defects in workmanship or material within 8 weeks of the shipping date. This does not include damage due to alterations, trauma, accidents, or unreasonable use. Warranty is limited to replacement of the defective piece (i.e. Equiband® resistance band or saddle pad). All transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at buyer’s expense. If your Equiband® resistance band requires replacement for any reason after this warranty period, you may purchase a replacement set (see below). For warranty requests, please contact us at office@equicoreconcepts.com with your original order details, photo of damaged piece, description of when damage occurred, and the piece serial number.

Normal Use: Due to the nature of the product, the Equiband® resistance band must be replaced after extended normal use. This time varies with each case. We provide two pairs of Equiband resistance band with each Complete Equiband® System for this purpose. We also provide the option to purchase replacement Equiband® sets for customers who have previously purchased a Complete Equiband System. To purchase Equiband replacement bands, please contact office@equicoreconcepts.com with your original purchase details.
